These terms and conditions apply to the relationship between Ravinale Srl, with registered office in Prato, Via del Cittadino 87, VAT no. 02042710976 (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and any third parties making purchases online on the website www.massimoravinale.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).
These terms may be modified and revised, including in response to any regulatory changes. Once published on the website mentioned above, they shall be considered effective.
These terms govern purchases made on www.massimoravinale.com in compliance with the Italian Consumer Code, Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/2014, and Legislative Decree no. 70/2003 regarding e-commerce.
The Seller sells and transfers to the remote Customer the goods indicated and offered for sale on www.massimoravinale.com.
The Products and their prices as listed on the Site constitute an offer to the public, in accordance with the methods specified in these Terms and Conditions and on the site.
The contract is concluded exclusively online through the Customer’s access to www.massimoravinale.com and placement of an order following the site’s procedure.
The Customer agrees to review these sales terms and conditions—including pre‑contractual information provided by the Seller—before confirming an order, and to accept them by ticking the appropriate box.
In the order confirmation email, the Customer will also receive a link to download and store a copy of these terms and conditions, as required by art. 51(1) of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014.
The Customer acknowledges having reviewed the features of the goods, as described in each product sheet before purchase.

The sales contract is concluded when the Seller sends an order confirmation email to the Customer.
The email includes the Customer’s details, order number, price, shipping charges, delivery address, and a link to print and save these terms and conditions.
The Customer must verify the accuracy of the information and promptly inform the Seller of any necessary corrections.
Minor errors or inconsistencies between the site and the actual product do not constitute grounds for contract termination. Product images are illustrative, not contractual.
The Seller commits to delivering the goods within seven working days from sending the confirmation email.
Availability of products indicated on the site refers to the moment the Customer places the order. This is indicative only, as products may be sold to other Customers.
If, after sending the confirmation email, some or all items become unavailable, the order will be automatically adjusted by removing unavailable items and the Customer notified.
If the Customer then cancels the order, the Seller will refund the amount paid within 7 working days from receiving the cancellation notice.
Payments may only be made using the credit cards listed on the site or via PayPal.
For credit card payments, the charge is applied only when the order is complete and ready to be shipped.
For PayPal, the charge occurs upon sending the order confirmation email.
Payment information is transmitted via secure channels. Credit card security is guaranteed by VBV (Verified by VISA) and SCM (Mastercard Security Code).
The Seller is not responsible for fraudulent or illicit use of payment methods by third parties.
All product prices are in Euros and include VAT, and where applicable, the RAEE eco-contribution.
Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price but are calculated before final payment.
The Customer acknowledges that the Seller may modify prices at any time. However, billed prices will be those shown at order placement and in the confirmation email.
In cases of pricing errors (technical or manual) resulting in a price that is obviously excessive or absurdly low, the order will be deemed invalid and canceled, and any payment refunded within 7 working days of cancellation.
Consumers have a 14‑day right of withdrawal without penalty or reason, starting from the date of receipt of the goods.
Non‑consumer Customers may withdraw within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation email.
Products made to customer specifications or unique pieces are non‑returnable.
To exercise withdrawal, the Customer must notify the Seller by explicit declaration—either via registered mail or through the “My Orders” section of the website using the designated form.
After notifying withdrawal, the Customer must return goods within three days of making the declaration, per art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
Goods must be sent to: Negozio Massimo Ravinale, via dei Castellani 6r, 50122 Florence, Italy.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
Goods must be returned intact, in original packaging, complete with all parts and fiscal documentation. Upon verification, the Seller will refund the product price (including shipping, if applicable) within 7 working days. Refund may be withheld until receipt of the goods, per art. 56(3) of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
For bank transfer payments, the Customer must provide IBAN, SWIFT, and BIC for refund.
The Seller is not liable for any material or immaterial damages arising from improper use of products.
Shipments outside Italy may incur import duties and taxes upon arrival. Any customs clearance costs are the Customer’s responsibility. The Seller cannot predict or control these costs. Customs policies vary by country; the Customer must contact local customs for details. Orders made abroad are considered imports, and the Customer must comply with destination country laws. Cross-border deliveries may be inspected by customs authorities.
To the extent permitted by law, the Seller is not responsible if delivered products do not comply with destination country laws outside Italy.
The Seller is also not responsible for delays due to supplier stock issues, nor for non‑material differences between ordered items and images or descriptions on the site.
Products are delivered via express courier to the address provided by the Customer within seven working days of the order confirmation email.
Shipping costs vary based on country and distance.
A receipt is issued for each order. It is available and printable after order fulfillment in the “My Orders” section. Once issued, receipt details cannot be modified.
The Seller is not liable for disruptions caused by force majeure or unforeseeable events, including internet malfunctions, which prevent timely order execution.
The Customer may access the site only for personal consultation and purchases. Any other use, especially commercial use of the site or its content, is prohibited. All site content (audio, visuals, technology) is the Seller’s intellectual property.
Resale, commercial use, data scraping or automated extraction, copying, framing, or the use of hidden meta tags using the Seller’s name or trademark is forbidden.
If any provision is declared invalid by law or court, the remaining provisions remain fully effective.
These Terms are governed by Italian law.
Disputes not resolved amicably shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the court in the Customer’s place of residence (if a consumer in Italy). For non‑consumers, the Court of Prato has exclusive jurisdiction.
Mediation under Legislative Decree 28/2010 may be used to resolve disputes.
By ordering via this website, the Customer acknowledges the following data policy: order data is used only to provide service/products and to fulfill legal and administrative obligations.
Under Legislative Decree 196/2003, the Seller is the data controller.
“Processing” includes collection, recording, organization, storage, alteration, retrieval, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, deletion, and destruction of data.

When using the site, the Customer must keep login and password confidential and monitor computer access to prevent unauthorized use. The Customer is responsible for all activity under their account and must notify the Seller immediately of any suspected password breach or unauthorized use.
The Customer warrants that all data provided is accurate, truthful, authentic, and complete, and must update it if changes occur.
The Customer is criminally liable for any false or misleading statements.
The Seller reserves the right (within legal limits) to deny site access, close accounts, remove or modify content, or cancel orders at its discretion. No charges will apply if an order is canceled.
